AAI is a college preparatory English immersion school. As such, we recruit caring Christian teachers from across the native English-speaking world. Thus, our students are prepared for English-language university programs in North America, Europe and even Asia. To prepare our students for international careers, we seek teachers with a global mindset but local sensitivity.
Many volunteer their time to support our programs outside of the classroom. A consistent theme heard from our alumni from across the generations is how individual teachers made a significant impact in their formation because they were invested so deeply and individually in students' lives. As a small school, our teachers make an outsized difference in the lives of our students.

2023/2024
Provides support in different areas of the academic program including purchases, accounting, billing, fixed assets, taxation, maintenance, and operations. (needed immediately)
- Minimum educational background/degree: University degree in Architecture or Civil, Industrial, or Processes Engineer
- Minimum job-related experience: At least three years of job-related experience
- Language requirement: Spanish and English proficiency is preferred
- Minimum educational background/degree: High school diploma
- Minimum job-related experience: Less than two years of experience working with children
- Language requirement: Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Minimum educational background/degree: University degree required in Accounting – CPA (indispensable), Commercial Engineer, or Financial Engineer.
- Minimum job-related experience: A minimum of 3 years of job-related experience required.
- Language requirement: English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
2024/2025
- Minimum educational background/degree: a university degree in Secondary Math Education or a related field
- Minimum job-related experience: at least one year of teaching experience and/or successful completion of a student teaching experience
- Language requirement: Native English level (C1 or above)
- Minimum educational background/degree: a university degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- Minimum job-related experience: at least one year of teaching experience and/or successful completion of a student teaching experience
- Certification: US or Canadian teacher certification and/or ACSI certification
- Language requirement: Native English level (C1 or above)
- Minimum educational background/degree: a university degree in Physics or a related field
- Minimum job-related experience: at least one year of teaching experience and/or successful completion of a student teaching experience
- Language requirement: Native English level (C1 or above)
- Minimum educational background/degree: Bachelor’s degree in Education; educational or administrative certification or the ability to obtain certification.
- Minimum job-related experience: 3 years classroom experience; 1 year experience in an educational leadership role
- Language requirement: English fluency required (native English speaker preferred); Spanish conversational proficiency required (fluency preferred)
- Minimum educational background/degree: Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education with teacher certification through ASCI or a U.S. certification program OR the equivalent of an education degree/certificate in a non-US country
- Minimum job-related experience: Successful completion of a student-teaching practicum
- Language requirement: Native English. Conversational Spanish proficiency is preferred
- Minimum educational background/degree: A bachelor’s degree in education or related field; An advanced degree in education, educational leadership, or related field
