How we are?
OUR HISTORY
Alliance Academy International is a private Christian international school located in Quito, Ecuador, serving the children of missionary communities, business professionals, diplomats, and Christian ministries. The programs, services, and ministry of AAI are built on the foundation laid by the missionaries of the Christian and Missionary Alliance who founded the school in 1929. These internationally recognized programs and services are the result of the dedicated work of hundreds of committed Christian professional educators over the course of decades.
Mission
AAI's mission is to develop followers of Jesus Christ who live with a focus on eternity; to provide students with a US style of education based on the highest standards of educational excellence; and to provide a caring community where students are taught to be critical in their thinking, multicultural in their understanding, and compassionate in their dealings with others.
Vision
AAI will be the premier International Christian school whose graduates thrive as life-long learners; follow Christ and live with a focus on eternity; readily engage in diverse cultures and communities; and mature as whole persons.
Message from our Director
OUR TEACHERS
The majority of our teaching staff are native English speakers from the U.S., Canada, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, and various Latin American countries. Our administrative staff includes many Ecuadorians, creating a multicultural community that celebrates both North American and Ecuadorian traditions while embracing a wide range of international cultures. Our faculty is highly dedicated, united in purpose, and passionate about serving students through our mission of Eternity, Excellence, and Community. Many of our teachers hold advanced degrees, are highly qualified, and bring valuable experience in their respective fields. Our community is caring and supportive; our teachers and staff see AAI as an extension of their family.
