OUR HISTORY
Alliance Academy International is an independent, Christian international school located in Quito, Ecuador, which serves children from the missionary, business, diplomatic, and Christian ministry communities. AAI's programs, services and ministry are built on the foundations laid by Christian & Missionary Alliance missionaries who founded the school in 1929. Today we continue to benefit from the passionate investment of hundreds of committed professional Christian educators.
Mission
AAI´s mission is to develop followers of Jesus Christ who live with a focus on eternity; to provide students with a US-style of education based on the highest standards of educational excellence; and to provide a caring community where students are taught to be critical in their thinking, multicultural in their understanding, and compassionate in their dealings with others.
Vision
AAI will be the premier International Christian school whose graduates thrive as life-long learners; follow Christ and live with a focus on eternity; readily engage in diverse cultures and communities; and mature as whole persons.
Message from our Director
OUR TEACHERS
Most of our teaching staff are native speakers of the English language, hailing from the USA, Canada, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, and various countries in Latin America. Our administrative staff includes many Ecuadorians, creating a multicultural community that celebrates both North American and Ecuadorian traditions while embracing a wide range of international cultures. Our teaching staff is highly committed, united in a common purpose, and passionate about serving students through our mission of Eternity, Excellence, and Community. Many of our teachers hold advanced degrees, are highly qualified, and have experience in their fields. Our community is caring and supportive; our teachers and staff consider AAI as an extension of their family.
