AAI is a college preparatory English immersion school. As such, we recruit caring Christian teachers from across the native English-spesdsdfaking world. Thus, our students are prepared for English-language university programs in North America, Europe and even Asia. To prepare our students for international careers, we seek teachers with a global mindset but local sensitivity.

Many volunteer their time to support our programs outside of the classroom. A consistent theme heard from our alumni from across the generations is how individual teachers made a significant impact in their formation because they were invested so deeply and individually in students' lives. As a small school, our teachers make an outsized difference in the lives of our students.a
